China reports 5.4% GDP growth in Q1 of 2025

China's gross domestic product expanded by 5.4 percent to 31.88 trillion yuan in the first quarter of 2025, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Wednesday.
China's retail sales increased 5.9 percent year-on-year in March, the NBS said.
